Jubilee Tower is a residential building adjacent to Hungerford Bridge and Jubilee Gardens. The scheme compromises of one, two and three bedroom homes with garden and commercial space at the ground floor, overlooks Thames and London Eye and aims to reconnect the river front, adding a new piece of public realm to the borough of Lambeth.
The design brief was to provide a residential scheme that adapts to the new work from home culture that abruptly erupted during the pandemic. The building provides private outdoor space and usable amenity space which encourages interaction between residents, thereby developing an engaging sense of community.
